You can remove Recycle Bin from your Desktop.

At first go to Start/Run…
Now type ‘gpedit.msc’ & click ‘Ok’.
Now select from the left menu –
‘User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Desktop’
Now in right side, show some options.
Now double click on ‘Remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop’.
Now open a new window.
Now check on ‘Enabled’ & click ‘Apply’ then ‘Ok’.
